We're excited to have you join us for the Kids' Business Fair Austin happening in South Austin on the Saturday before Mother's Day (perfect last minute Mother's Day gift ideas, anyone?) and we're excited to feature our local makers and entrepreneurial kids at the fair.

How does this work?

The Kids' Business Fair has been created by a local Austin mom who wants to provide a way for the entrepreneurial kids in our community can learn, grow and thrive.

Want to setup your pop-up shop at the fair? Spots are limited and will fill up fast!

Fill out the form below to start your reservation. Choose your preferred table for $20 (Choose between a Standard 6ft Rectangle or the Round Circle 6ft Table)

Check your inbox for an email from 'KidsBusinessFair'' to confirm your reservation. (Please check spam too!)

Once confirmed, we'll email you a welcome packet with all the details to be prepared for the fair.

See you May 11, 2024! Vendor setup is 2-2:30pm. Vendor break down is 4:30-5pm.

Who is this for?

This is for kid and teen (5-16 year old) creators and entrepreneurs in the Austin area who sell their goods or services in the Austin community. See 'What do I sell?' for examples.

What do I sell?

Do you offer goods? Ex: artwork, poetry, bracelets, bake cookies, write books, sell gadgets, etc.

Or do you offer services? Ex: dog walking, pet sitting, lawn mowing, etc.

If you have items you'd like to showcase at our fair that is featured perfectly to be the day before Mother's Day, then sign up today! We look forward to seeing your booth at our Kids' Business Fair :)

What's included when I reserve a table?

Tables Provided: You will be provided with either a 72-inch by 35-inch rectangular table or a 72-inch diameter round table, depending on availability.

Electricity: Access to electricity will be provided, but remember to bring your own power strips as outlets may be limited.

Wi-Fi: The venue offers Wi-Fi, but it’s not always reliable. Please plan to have a mobile hotspot or a data plan as a backup to process digital transactions.

Can I split a table with another vendor?

Yes! You can absolutely share a table with one other vendor. One of you will complete the form as normal and when we officially accept your registration, please share the second vendor's information with us via the email we send. From: [email protected]

What's restricted?

Food cannot be prepared on site; only pre-made food allowed.

No cooking Onsite: You can bring pre-made food to sell like cookies or brownies, but onsite cooking is not allowed. (No open flames, portable burners, or dishwashers permitted)

Any other outside equipment must be approved by the event center's coordinator.

No Live Animals: Please leave your furry friends at home.

Items to bring?

Relevant utensils, plates, cups, napkins, etc. - we do not supply these.

Decorations to make your booth stand out! We suggest you bring an appropriate size table cloth to use based on whether you have the 6' rectangle or 6' circle. (Your confirmation email will have more details about this)

Power strips for additional power needs.

All products and materials for sale and display.

When do I setup and breakdown my table?

Setup:

Begins at 2:00 PM. We open to the public at 2:30 PM

Please arrive on time to get your booth ready before the fair opens to the public.

Breakdown:

Starts promptly at 4:30 PM. We must vacate the venue by 5:00 PM, so your cooperation in timely breakdown is appreciated.

A Quick Note from the Event Coordinator

Hello fellow neighbors!

I'm inspired daily by the creative spirit of our entrepreneurial kids and as a mom myself, I wanted to give my kids a place to showcase their goods and talents for the Circle C Community and wider Austin area.

I hope you'll join us May 11 from 2:30-4:30 for a special day filled with creativity, excitement and learning experiences.
